Tomcat In The Rain
(S. Nachtsheim, 1976)
Sittin’ outside your window, tomcat in the rain,
Say, can’t you hear me mewing, I’m calling for you once again.
We could go to our favorite oak tree,
That only cats can climb.
Though you’ll scratch and hiss,
I’ll make you feel right.
I know, you’ll like this,
More than once tonight.

I hope your master hasn’t locked up the door,
Âin’t there no hole to slip through,
I can’t wait for evermore.
Waiting here gets me so frustrated,
I’m young and not castrated.
Raise your tail up, we’ll have fun,
We won’t have to stop till break of dawn.
